Health Tip: Eat Your Greens
October 27, 2009 | Written by MonicaTry eating a new leafy green such as kale, collard, chard or bok-choy. The easiest way to cook them is to sauté 2-5 cloves of chopped garlic in olive oil. Next, add some chopped greens. Finally, add a cup of liquid, broth, juice, or water and cover the pot. The steam will make the greens soft. Enjoy.
