Health Tip: Drink Water

Drink one glass of water in the morning as soon as you wake up.

For extra credit: add a piece of fresh lemon. For a gold star: Make the lemon organic.

  1. This is great advice. Even without the time to do the organic lemon (or any lemon at all, given the fact that I’m in the transition of a new job and still juggling motherhood of a near 4 year old), being more hydrated really does help me feel more full (so I eat healthier), improves my skin, etc. All those things my mom said it would do. I hate it when she’s right :)
