This is great advice. Even without the time to do the organic lemon (or any lemon at all, given the fact that I’m in the transition of a new job and still juggling motherhood of a near 4 year old), being more hydrated really does help me feel more full (so I eat healthier), improves my skin, etc. All those things my mom said it would do. I hate it when she’s right
